What started as cooking for friends and family has evolved into our mission to deliver restaurant-quality marinated chicken directly to your door. We’re not just selling food — we’re sharing our heritage, our passion, and our commitment to quality.
We use traditional recipes and authentic spices to create marinades that honor Indian culinary heritage while appealing to modern tastes. Every piece is hand-marinated with our proprietary spice blends, combining traditional Indian techniques with modern food safety practices. We marinate for the optimal time to ensure deep flavor penetration while maintaining the chicken’s natural texture and juiciness.
The weekly rhythm
Our ordering window follows a simple weekly cycle built around Saturday delivery.
Thursday — order deadline
All orders must be placed by Thursday at 11:59 PM. This week’s cutoff is Thursday, June 18. After the cutoff the batch is committed and we can’t make changes, so order early if you can.
Friday — marination day
Once the cutoff passes we source fresh chicken and begin marinating. Everything is batch-marinated Friday morning so it arrives at peak flavor on Saturday. Nothing sits in a freezer overnight.
Saturday — delivery day
We deliver statewide on Saturday, June 20, between 10 AM and 6 PM. We’ll send you a text when we’re on our way and another when we drop off. If you won’t be home, no problem — our insulated cold packs keep your order safe for several hours at the door.
